Client Review on McCoy Federal Credit Union - Longwood/Lake Mary

Feedback:

I have been a member of McCoy for over 30 yrs, and for many enjoy wonderful service; for the past 2 yrs their customer service has declined and they can't seam to get with the times. Their app at one time served its purpose, then it was taken down and now their app is just their website who has plenty of logging issues. They moved to a third party credit card processing service that is flawed but they continue to use it. I had my money held hostages due to their flawed and inefficient technology and when I complaint in person and over the phone all I got was indifference. Lastly Cindy, the "manager" at Lake Mary has no customer service skills, she either needs a vacation, training in the very important skill of customer satisfaction or needs a new career path. McCoy shame on you, if you cannot handle banking in 2019, close down, restructure or,sell to some other institution.
