This is not a bank, it is a circus. Had our accounts moved there when our local Maybank closed. Nearly imposdible to gethold of anyone telephonically. Went in today to close our accounts, they even made a hash of that. Save yourself the headache, got elsewhere, where you will be treated like a customer and not another clown at their circus.
