I would give this place no stars if I could! After calling multiple times over several weeks without phone calls being returned I was finally able to speak to the most unpleasant person I've ever had the displeasure of speaking with, Kim. When trying to discuss options about cancelling an agreement, I was told too bad, that was not going to happen. Although I know that I can do a buyout, which was never offered to me, I was also told that it is my fault for receiving bad service from a company that they finance equipment for, for not doing better research about them. She also informed me that I could contact a lawyer if I wanted to pursue the matter further. This is absolutely ridiculous.
