Marc is really nice the first time you meet him, but that doesn't last long. After that, he acts more like YOU are working for HIM, rather than the other way around. (When he couldn't get my Quickbooks password to work, he got frustrated and belligerent, telling me I "must have written it down wrong"...until after about 10 minutes, I finally got him to enter it correctly.) If you don't understand how something works, he acts like you're an idiot. If you choose to make any changes to your business structure, etc., he acts like you have done it JUST to make his job harder. (When I rescinded my S-Corp election and went back to LLC, he just about had a fit. When I explained that it requires less paperwork and formality for ME, he just kept angrily repeating that there was "absolutely no difference between the two" - which kind of made me wonder why he was so upset.) Seriously, this is just the tip of the iceberg. Unless you like paying someone to treat you with derision, go somewhere else.
