Nikki Tefft at Maple Tree was so helpful with our loan process, she was extremely knowledgeable and patient with our endless questions about everything and anything. She worked hard and was always so determined to get us our answers ASAP, easy to reach as well.. I would absolutely recommend this company and Nikki to anyone looking to purchase a home..especially first time home buyers like us! She made the process much smoother than if we were to go at this alone... it was a long tough process, but thanks to Nikki it went as smoothly as it could with all things considered. We purchased our first (and only) home in 2014 with the help of Shane. He and the rest of the team were great - they made everything easy to understand and as seamless as I feel like home buying can get. We were very happy with our relationship with everyone involved. Recently, I contacted Shane again to ask about refinancing, and he was super helpful! Very responsive and explained what is a complicated process clearly and in easy to understand language. Maple Tree is my go-to place for all things mortgages!
