Dave helped my fiancé and lock down a mortgage to purchase a townhouse in Burlington earlier this summer. Before purchasing we had been working with Dave for over a year to collect all of the necessary documentation, get our credit in line and find the right loan. He was dedicated to our pursuit of a new home and his knowledge of the industry, rates and home buying was outstanding. No one would consider us for a loan and we were referred to Mansfield Mortgage by another bank after being turned down a third time. Dave worked with us day and night for weeks to make sure our process fell together as smoothly as possible, even with all the hurtles we had.
