Jason was really helpful and efficient to open our bank accounts. This guy was super fast and definitely knows his job. He even took care of our IRD registration in a blink of an eye.

Wow yeah the other reviews were true, the lady working here seems to really hate her job, or hate the customers, maybe both. Either way I only asked a simple friendly question and she gave me a really snarky response saying I should have read a sign on the window before going inside. Jeez.

I wouldn't normally put a star rating for something like this but saw the overall review and thought that it was too different from my own experience. The staff were extremely helpful and I had no issue whatsoever with the service
