I am pleased with my loan experience, and usually encounter good customer service when I have to go into the branch.As for the dispute department could use training! I completed a dispute form, handed it to a teller at the branch on 10th Ave. About a week later I called to follow up, they have no record of it, so they ask me to stop by and all I’m supposed to do is sign the sheet, I end up going over the whole paper with a manager, I might as well have filled it out myself. So another week goes by and I hear from Hailey regarding my dispute, she approves it and tells me as long as the company doesn’t have anything I signed to prove otherwise I’m good. Mind you I incurred a few fees because of the company I was disputing. So fast forward a month later, I receive a call from Felicia telling me my account is overdrawn because she reversed the dispute. Wait what! I ask why she doesn’t answer my question, she starts asking me questions. I am explaining to her what happened and she just starts talking over me, when she is finished I let her know if she lets me speak I will tell her what happened, I end up hanging up after a long silence. So I call Jerenda the manager of the call center, I explain to her what happened and want to know why the reversal a month later! She says she will look into it and call me the next day as it is almost the end of the work day, okay. Next day comes and no call, so I call her the day after that and she proceeds to speak over me and speak condescendingly to me (now I know where her employees get it from), I hang up as this is awful customer service! I’m now incurring more fees, I guess this is how they make their money.
