Feedback:

Went to get some passport photos taken. Waited in queue patiently. All of a sudden Polynesian lady at counter asked me to go to other queue to be last in that line. I told her my situation but she completely ignored. I felt so insulted. We are closing our account with KIWIBANK today and moving to ANZ. No wonder you are closing down.

Worst postoffice in NZ? probably! Cant take a passport photo to required standards. Useless staff and awful service.

Wow I agree with most here. Just left Kiwibank after being ignored and having 2 customers behind me be called up to the teller? The waiting line was already ample. I had plans to open an account with them and overall their staffing manners are inconsiderate. Lower Hitt Kiwibank staff need to up their 'Customer Service' practices.

Sharon from Kiwibank Lower Hutt served me and OMG! TERRIBLE SERVICE AND TERRIBLE ATTITUDE. First of all not welcoming. When I said how are you and she didn't respond. However started the transactions and she was keep shouting and showing her angryness. I didn't even ask her anymore questions to find out about other products as I felt like she would bite me if ask. Come on Kiwibank, train your staff to smile and welcome customers. Thank god I didn't bank with this Kiwibank. I was really upset this morning because of her being an a.. .
