Poor customer service. I really didnt like my experience. I opened up a savings account abd I now dread going there to even deposit or woth draw. Awful!!!

Worst customer service don’t ever come here !! I wouldn’t even give them a star! Wasted 5 hours for nothing! Looking to refinance my auto loan and I was actually recommended to this credit union Joseph was the representative who has been working there for more than 5 years gave me the DMV paperwork to take to my mother that has a business to run. I go get signatures then when I get back they say that my mother still has to come in because the signature in her drivers license looks different! Then I get the chance to speak the so called BRANCH MANAGER and he says that they were not suppose to let me walk out with the paperwork to get signatures how is it possible that an employee who has been working there for more than 5 years doesn’t know the regulations of his own work place and as a manager don’t know what your empowers are doing worst experience EVER! If looking for a credit union don’t come here go somewhere else!

I do not recommend this credit union. I submitted my auto-pay paperwork (which was a nightmare to figure out) and was told it would go through in 1-2 days, in time for my 1st payment. It took 3 months and their online portal doesn't show it listed anywhere. In the mean-time, I created a workaround to get my payments in. Good luck trying to get through to anyone on the phone. Customer service is horrible, just like a used-car dealership.
