LANB used to be an excellent bank when I moved to Los Alamos in 2004.Very helpful on MANY occasions!The current reviews are not good and getting worse. Today, I tried several times to use online banking. The error message said that no customer requests were being processed, because the bank computer was maxed (for some internal task).I then tried called the number for 24 hour banking to see what was going on. I could not speak with anyone without taking a survey for a cruise! Had I been able to get into the survey, I would say the LANB only deserves 0 stars (not 1).Finally, I thought I might be able to locate a 24-hour connection by calling the number to report a debit card stolen. No doubt by management design, that did not work either.Unless I see improvement look for more negative reviews by an ABUSED customer.
