I’ve gone banks and credit unions looking at purchasing a house. They ask you some generic questions, run your credit, and basically tell you whether or not you can be approved if you have a down payment already saved up. It felt hopeless, like we could never afford it. An awesome realtor we spoke with directed us to speak with Deb at Loans4Homes. She was amazing! Not only did she get us approved, but we were able to purchase our first home at twice the price we were originally looking at. With Loans4Homes I wasn’t treated like just another number to her. She was great at explaining every step of the way from how we can afford a higher payment to how we got our down payment. After much patience with all of the hand holding I required through this whole scary process, we closed on our first house on 9/28/18. It’s my family’s dream home, and brand new construction! Loans4Homes truly treated us like we were family. I thought the original interest rate sounded fair but buy closing she had even gotten that lowered. Our final closing morgage payments were actually a couple hundred dollars less than what she approximated when we first started this whole process. She truly does give options not denials. They definitely under promise and over deliver. I would absolutely recommend Loans4Homes to anyone wanting to buy a home but doesn’t think they can afford it like we did. She’ll tell you straight what you can and can’t do. With Loans4Homes you’ve got someone in your corner looking out for you and your best interests in mind.
