This company is a joke. I submitted EVERYTHING that was requested of me during a 2 hour phone session and was told it had to go to underwriting. They proceeded to call me back on the second day and asked for the exact same documents to be sent over AGAIN. Even though they were looking directly at them as we spoke. Needless to say after 2 days of doing what was expected of me, the outcome was zero! I finally told them to cancel my loan request due to their app not working correctly and poor customer service and response time.
