I have been using Loan Max for auto improvements. I was using the Emporia , VA store, but this last time I used the VB store because my mom lives here & I paid it off here the last time. I have been using the VB store now because the staff is AWESOME. Today Benjamin called to remind me of my payment (mom just got out of hospital yesterday) I had totally forgot about it. He was very helpful, understanding & courteous, the entire staff at the VB store has always been AWESOME. Thank you so much for meeting & exceeding my expectations!!!
