If I could give this place zero stars, I would! The girl who “tried” to do the loan was the most unprofessional person that I’ve ever encountered! I feel that she was bound and determined to find a reason not to try to do the loan! She dissected my phone bill after the print out that I gave her directly from the website that day wasn’t good enough for her, so she went online to browse it, so that she could find a reason not to do the loan ! She literally made up new rules and stipulations along the way, as well as loan to a girl who didn’t even have her pay stub on hand but that was cool because that was her homie! She was rude during the 30 minute waste of time process , in which time, I never even looked at an application! She acted like she was trying to approve me for a new home loan when it’s just a small payday advance company that I never heard about until that day! I will make sure to tell everyone that I know , not to waste their time being prejudged by someone who works at a loan place that’s smack dead in the hood! Power trip much!!!!
