My wife has been trying for four days now to opening a new savings account and to invest in CD'S. At this point she has not been able to send some of the pictures they want or to get a live person full time until everything is completed. I do think some of the information and pictures they want is just made up by someone who is not qualified. Their phone service, computer programs. and security programs is just not there. They need some company to come in and put in an up to date system.. Probably good people trying to work an old system. Think positive
