I tried to open an online savings account through Live Oak's site. Once it got to my external bank account verification, it went through logging me into my external bank as well as asking all security questions to login to it, found my account and could even see the balance of my account, then told me it couldn't verify my account. I tried a few times over a couple of days and received the "unable to verify" message each time. I called Live Oak in order to speak with someone and fix my account verification issue, but there was a long hold so I left my callback number like the automated message asked me to if I didn't want to wait in queue. I waited over a week to post this review as I wanted to ensure the bank didn't call me. I NEVER received a call back so I cancelled my account registration. I was able to open an online savings account with another bank without any issues in less than 5 minutes. Don't waste your time with Live Oak Bank
