they canceled my account for no reason will not answer my emails with an explanation. very unfair. I was with them for at least 5 years.

Evaluated the time and effort put into getting points and it is impossible to make anything with them. Yes, it is easy but do you actually want to spend 30 hours on the computer answering questions for a 10.00 gift card for food? I think not.THEN..... tried to unsubscribe and it has been a month and now I get two or three e-mails like they are going out of their way to make me bad. The woman at the Lightspeed LLC in NJ simply doesn't have any answers. They don't even talk to her and only send e-mails back several days later. Strongly suggest you look elsewhere.

After having an account for 20+ years having difficulty logging into; there is no offline customer services & after calling the Headquarters office I was instructed to log in for help!! If I can't log in how do you obtain help? This is ludicrous. My account may have been hacked. Who knows - no one wants to talk to you.

I have been with you guys for ever an my account has been saying its inactive an no one will tell my why or fix the problem I have points I would love to spend but can't that's why I have given you two stars I have never had any problems with your site until last 3 or 4 months.
