I just refinanced my home with LCU this past week with Leominster Credit Union and I couldn't be happier. Their rates are great! For a matter of fact the rates are what got me through the door in the first place, but now after working with them, I have moved all my accounts over to LCU. Not only is my mortgage rate great but now my checking and savings account rates are amazing as well! I'd like to thank Andrea Brown and Lisa Perrin for making my transition smooth and simple so that I can now start life's next chapter!!

Their standerds best repesent a comparsion to Bank Of America, not other credit unions. They don't post cash, made in person, payments to revolving credit accounts for DAYS, (credit cards, home equity mortgage credit lines) once up to 5 days. They have no fee free network ATMs, requiring you to viit one of their 6 branches other wise be charged a fee. They don't post deposits made via ATM, cash or check for DAYS causing frequent problems when using deposited cash to pay bills by holding your money, then charging you fees when bills hit your account which your ATM deposit would cover. Horrible call center service, in compassionate and fight you to try an keep every fee charged.

Almost ALL banks are no good, but I have to say I am SO SICK of getting mailings from them. Life insurance, etc. I also got sucked into overdraft protection, a total scam! They treated me like GOLD when I walked in with a large check to put in my account. So attentive! Now that I've taken it out and put into another companies IRA, they could care less about me! I am sorry I switched over to them. I hope O'Brien and all the other stuffed shirts are living good off of us.

I've had a car loan here for a few months. Moral of the story, I'm taking the loan elsewhere. I would get better customer service from the Goblins at Gringots bank than these people.

Attempting to view my Bill Pay account & have been denied viewing all invoices until reading & accepting a lengthy piece of boilerplate . It would have been convenient if customers had a few days notice before being left in the proverbial dark & unable to even check what they'd previously entered for payment. Ridiculous! After 14 years it's time to visit another bank.

Everyone remember, for every one bad review there’s 40 good ones. Most of which won’t be posted. I was a member for several years and my family has been members for probably close to 30 years. When you go there enough, they get to know you and are extremely friendly. I never had a bad experience and my family never has. Paula was a great help and was in contact with me every step of the way. Shoutout to Jane too. My parents say you’re great! In closing, keep in mind that the customer is not always right. Some people will never be pleased.
