Not too sure why this place has 5 stars. I read reviews on different pawn shops around Boston and chose to come to this one over another pawn shop that was closer to my house. I had a 16 inch 14k gold chain that was lying around in my room that I paid around $100 for a few months ago. Why was I only offered $8 for the chain??? I’m not too sure how they price items, I didn’t see the lady who was assisting me weigh the chain or examine it before giving me the price. all she did was make a comment about how the chain was “so thin”. I had come so far and wasted money on gas that I just took the money and left but I will NEVER COME BACK HERE AGAIN. The woman’s comment alone made me feel uncomfortable. If I could give the place 0 stars I would in a heartbeat.
