Went in for a loan was told multiple reasons why I was not approved I was told my credit score over the phone was much lower than what it actually was and in person they took the statement back, and Instead of being updated I was ran in circles trying to get my report to see if I was eligible for the loan, needless to say I was denied because of a “debt to income ratio” when I only have 500$ in debt and that’s on a personal card I pay off once a month. Have fun dealing with these guys.
