Dealt with one rep Scott and asked total price for 2 years of tax service and was told $350, upon my return I was sent to another rep(Jason) and was told $650. I asked for the original rep but kept getting sent to others. I questioned Jason on the $650 and he called me a liar. Finally, after multiple demands I spoke to Scott and he explained he made a mistake. It’s $350 for one year and $300 for amendments. I told Scott if it’s a mistake no problem. I can understand that, but calling your customers liars (jason), is unaccpetable. Zero professionalism. If there was a zero star, that’s my review.The entire thing could have been resolved if Jason just inquired to Scott professionally what amount I was told. In addition to this Jason is not willing to go into detail about your taxes it’s more of a laissez-fair service he wishes to provide. If you do go here, I recommend Scott only. I value honesty. Scott provides that.*They will not allow a bad review on their website which is why they only have one good one, understandable if you want to attract business but again, honesty.
