I have been seeing Dr. Tray at Lake Houston Wellness Center for about 1 year, and I have never felt better! I drive 1 hour each way to her office because the experience and effects of receiving her chiropractic care are WELL worth it. I also love the family atmosphere and caring nature of all the staff!

It is always a pleasant welcoming energy and atmosphere here! I commute an hour, three times a week to see Dr.Tray, and I look forward to it! I have felt an incredible difference in my body, all over, let alone a huge reduction in pain and aching. The muscle fatigue and inflammation is relieved with every visit, and has gotten much better over time. I used to notice my discomfort constantly, now not nearly as often. I can only imagine how I will feel in 3-6 more months. I am so thankful to have found her! I had no idea there were doctors that specialized in the nervous system and spinal correction!

Going to the lake houston wellness center is the best thing you can do for yourself the staff is very loving, patient. Dr tray is the best Chiropractor! Come in and meet dr. Tray she's the best you won't regret it.

I love Lake Houston Wellness. Dr. Tray is Ah-mazing, very friendly, yet professional, and very informative concerning the why I have pain as well as the how my treatment plan will go. I’ve been to several appointments and after the first treatment, I could immediately tell the difference. The staff is very exceptional as well. I love the environment and the overall experience.
