We have a boat loan through LFCU and opened a checking account to deposit money in there to pay the boat loan. We never received anything in the mail with the account number so we are able to have direct deposit. Called the bank to find out our account number and also asked if they could mail the info to us. Nope, you need to go in the branch witch is two and a half hours from my hours. What an inconvenience....oh, but they were sorry for the inconvenience....yeah right!
