Guy sold me a torque wrench for vehicles, claimed it was brand new. It doesn’t even work right. It did look new, but clearly something is wrong on it.

Used to be good to deal with but the people running it now dont know how to deal with people several times I have been treated rude both over the phone and in person are family has spent enough there over the years will be dealing somewhere else.

this place is not worth the gas goin over there they don't even want to work with you on anything like I have a $2000 Samsung giga sound system and they only want to give a $100 I laugh in the guy face so if ask me this place any worth a damn so if you need money bad like for bills I won't go there

The service absolutely stinks,there was one guy there that was a lot of help until he took a job elsewhere, I stood in there looking at firearms for about 45 minutes and not once did I get any assistance,every single salesmen was at the counter cutting up laughing about something,I've bought several guns in the past,I've called several times and no answer, and aside from that which ever idiot is pricing the guns needs to be fired,that store just lost my business
