Lesley Farmer is an unusual banker! I have nick-named her "spark plug" because she is full of energy, life and enthusiasm to make a deal work. In my experience, too many bankers will tell you what you want to hear as they are crossing their fingers behind their back knowing they can't help. Lesley on the other hand will shoot you straight!
