Unless you deal with Ernest who was honest, definitely DON'T deal with Bill. Bill comes out blowing his nose, then deals with me. Had no customer service skills. Told me my product was "only worth 300" when it was really 329. But I saw Ernest first and didn't make up my mind about selling till I went back. Ernest quotes me one price and wasn't there had to call and confirm. Cool. But I didn't appreciate the way Bill was from beginning, he knew he upset me apologises but who cares..
