I've been with them for over 30 years and have generally been satified with their services. Unfortunately their corporate management is not paying attention to their (credit) Card Services contractor who is truly inept; twice they have failed to notify when the card was put on hold due to an attempted suspicious transaction. This is a Disaster when you are out of town !! It is also impossible to get any manager on the phone - the call center will put you through redirection hell.
