Overall Feedback:
The people in this bank are all fantastic. It's a small town bank where they take care of you, and know you, just like it should be. I've never had a bad experience going in. Why then a 3 star review? Well, their on-line banking is downright awful. The user-interface is terrible, the password-reset policies are horrendous. Every three months you are forced to reset your password, and/or you are locked out of your account if you type it in wrong three times, or if you don't log-in frequently enough. These policies are supposed to improve security but they actually worsen it by providing more opportunities for social engineered account breaching because of how frequently people are calling to get accounts unlocked. It's mindbogglingly frustrating. And don't even get me started on their mobile app. It makes you log back in after switching to a different app (so don't think of going back to that e-mail to check how much the transfer was you wanted to type in), and it crashes consistently.I have persistently, over the years, given feedback about how poor the on-line systems and policies are. Sadly to no avail.
