I will be pulling all my money out as soon as my rent gets taken out.. for a simple reason. I went to deposit a check, and 228.00 cash into my fiance's acct. One teller Justine Antoinette was helping us ran my check and deposited it to the acct. Then proceeded to deposit the cash.. and got all of it except 100.00 upon leaving we calculated and found we were short, we had to drive to holt to turn around. total time about 20 mins. Upon revisiting after that 20 mins we spoke to another associate whom brought this to ms. Antoinette's attention.. at which point Justine seemed to not recognize us and suggested we came in the day prior. When she "suddenly" remembered who we were she said and i quote "Oh! Was that the 200?" Not "Oh did you hand me 200?" And the person acting as a higher up didnt even confirm with camera or anything of the sort makes me wonder how often they "happen across" this problem.. the whole situation seems unprofessional and fishy.. WATCH YOUR MONEY AT THIS BANK THEY WILL STEAL FROM YOU IF THEY HAVENT ALREADY!!!
