Overall Feedback:

When I first was looking for a home I had a lender ready, however, when I was advised of Guild Mortgage, in particular “Joe”, and how Joe and Guild Mortgage's process is done I felt compelled to look in to it. Well Joe and team, including Ambar were outstanding. Great ethics, knowledge reliability, dependability to complete the process efficiently and great follow up got the loan closed in one month (even kept the interest rate as low as possible). They made every effort to ensure clarification of any questions I had and explained the process with kindness and a pleasant approach. I highly recommend their services, great team you have Joe.
