Save yourself a headache and go somewhere else. Everyone in this place has the same attitude. They talk to people as if they were doing you a favor to do business with them. From the manager Al to Gram and plenty of others we spoke with were all the same rude abnoxious set of order takers. You would think that a call to the presidents office would make a difference but maybe this is the way they do business. Avoid at all costs.
