We looked at InTouch as a solution to some things lacking in our current POS. After investing in having the system installed, we found that we were happier than we thought with our current system. There was NOTHING wrong with InTouch, it just was not a match for us. I did however give for stars. The reason was that that they worked very hard to make it work. In particular Kevin Kelley and Gerber Reynand.Dean Kashefi was very understanding, and though he was understandingly disappointed in our decision, was good about refunding our investment.

Heard about InTouchPOS through social media and one of their current customers referred us to their business. Called in and had a great conversation with the receptionist, looking to switch over to their system in the near future!

Thank you InTouch POS for your excellent presentation of your services in order to help us w our computer business systems. We especially enjoyed calling the first time and speaking to the man who answered the phone, "Blake" , and telling us how much his company cares about the clients. Blake then signed us up on their newsletter list and directed us to their social media channels so we could see examples of their work and hear more about them. He is so nice!! We feel more confident about our POS choices now and were so glad to get information from professionals who didn't treat us like novices! Thank you!
