We've used Intelligent Retail for over 5 years now and couldn't imagine a better system. The software manages our stock, tracks purchases and sales, has great reports and everything is intuitive and straightforwards. As we expand into online sales, we've found the process to be just as seamless, making selling online a breeze. When we have had questions, the support team have been patient, friendly and helpful and we've had no issues at all with getting what we need quickly.Being able to manage everything in one place is absolutely ideal and we'd have no qualms about recommending Intelligent Retail to anyone.

We changed from Cybertill to Intelligent Retail, what a big mistake. They promised things that could not deliver, the multi channel was a constant problem it never worked properly, support was very poor, it was a year of constant problems which were never ending, we have now gone back to Cybertill. I would suggest anyone who is thinking of using Intelligent Retail that they read all the reviews they can before making a decision, I wish I had.

We have been a client of Intelligent Retail since 2009. We have been very pleased with the system and it does everything we need, it manages our in store stock and customer sales, loyalty system and customer accounts and all of our online activity via our website and our ebay stores simply and efficiently. Without the Intelligent Retail system we wouldn't have been able to grow our online sales to what they are today. The system is very simple to use and if you want to add stock to sell online or via ebay or amazon its a case of drag and drop the product to the sales channel window. The system talks with all of our sales channels and has managed to reduce our stock holding of multiples of the same product, increase product lines meaning more choice for customers and reduce stock errors as the system synchronises with all of our sales channels seamlessly. Over the past year we, and several other retailers, have been working directly with Intelligent Retail to make improvements to the system, improvements that small and medium sized retailers really need and they have been fantastic to work with, very open minded and very amenable to our suggestions and all I have to say is working with IR is a brilliant partnership.

We've been with Intelligent Retail for six years and originally chose them due to the multi-channel integration that was superior to the the other options we looked at. Since the company changed hands a few years ago we have seen a significant move towards developing the software and were an early adopter of the responsive website option and have since seen a substantial increase in sales. Support through the helpdesk is very responsive and we feel we have a partnership rather than just being sold a piece of software. We also feel Intelligent Retail understands the needs of our business and are seeing new features every few months that provide either new opportunities for our business or make using the system even easier.We keep an eye on the options out there and still believe the software and services from Intelligent Retail remains one of the best truly multi-channel options and would highly recommend it to retailers looking to develop their online business.

What a waste of time this company are! We have had nothing but problems with our hand held scanners, one of which we paid for nearly a year ago and have had nothing but problems with since! An email to one of the managers produced a big fat nothing! Not even an acknowledgment of receipt! After six weeks today they tell us the supplier now has the faulty machine back ... begs the question what the hell have they been doing for those six weeks. So basically we are paying a monthly fee just to be able to call them and listen to a bunch of apologies! And do I believe their MD does not have an email address .. dear lord I haven't just landed on planet earth ... an out and out lie ... A utter waste of time, money and energy! Do yourselves a favor look elsewhere!

We have been with IR for close to 3…We have been with IR for close to 3 years. The integrated till is loved by staff and customers.
