Beware, Beware they are unreliable and shady as hell! Funny their company name is Integrity what a joke. Don't trust them with your money period! They are up to no good with our money guaranteed!

Horrible Customer Service . They are no there to help . Stay away by all means worst experience ever . They will literally hold you money for days and show no communication at all . Leaving you playing guessing games for days . Denise Mocny Should be fired from integreity never response's to emails or phone calls . Definably will be telling everyone that I know not to use you guys at all .

This is a fraudulent company. These guys took $425.00 from my bank account without my consent. We asked the salesman who was Sleazy and Shady. Justin Romine, promised that he could beat my current percentage with transfirst Process Now. As it turns out no their much higher and much more fees involved. We ask for shipping label and return label. They never gave us one until they took the money out of my account and I had to fight them in order to send back the equipment. NowI'm fighting them to get my money back.

We had a rep. set us up and said we would receive the cc machine. We never got it and she avoided our calls. We called customer service to cancel in Oct/Nov and it is July and I am receiving a bill?? I called and spoke to a Brian a week ago, he said he would call me back with the cancellation information... NO call. I called today and spoke with another rep. Not mentioning name until I see if this is followed through. He said I should be receiving a email termination letter in 48 to 72 hours. The bill should be a 0 balance. I will re-post in a few days when I see if this is actually taken care of.

This place is a joke!!! We had a woman come into the salon around halloween talking about how great the company was and how her and her husband was "high up" in the company and how the percentage of payback was lower than square and blah blah blah. So before she left she got our info and said give her 2 weeks and she would be back in contact with us about how much we could do on a loan. Well by the beginning of December we never heard back from her so we texted and called for about 2 weeks and she never would answer or call back or anything. Then around Christmas she finally texted and said she was out of the country that when she got back she would give us a call... Never heard from her. So here it is 3 months later and now the company took $100 out of the account for the account that she made with them for us and we arent even using them! We got a letter in the mail the day after the money was took out saying the credit score was too low. So if we cant even do it then why did she even open up an account??? So if you come across someome named kristin that works for the company and says her and her husband are "high up" in it don't do anything!!! Not to mention customer service is a freaking joke also!!!!

Jonathan Rendon was very helpful to set up the ePayment Account for us when our Credit Card machine was down for a few days while waited for the new one to come. Overall we’re using this company for the last 3 years with no problem. I would strongly recommend this company to everyone.
