Was not professional at all...basically said I’m not going to argue with you! There wasn’t even a professional greeting when they answered the phone! Also they claimed they couldn’t send my anything in the mail to prove that they were real...they just said all we can send you is the receipt after we charge your card. She claimed they sent out 4 notices...to my knowledge this is all that I’ve gotten(1letter). Wouldn’t even give me her name either! Hopefully after the end of this month is done and over...I’ve heard about so many scams!
