Overall Feedback:
I am currently attending a year long training program on Financial Resiliency for Non-profits at the Initiative Foundation at their Little Falls' location. It has been a remarkable experience. The content of each presentation has been directly relevant to the issues faced by non-profits struggling to achieve financial resiliency. The presentations have been practical rather than "academic" and have given participants reality-based tools and strategies that lead to a greater level of financial sustainability for their programs. The presenters are knowledgeable, professional and personable. I have learned much from them and had fun doing it. As a result of this Initiative Foundation training program, the non-profit whose board I chair has moved to a new level of clarity about and focus on an expanded project addressing the issues of homelessness. Kudos to the Initiative Foundation staff, consultants and presenters leading this training program.
