This “Credit Union” does not care about its members. For the past couple years, they’ve lied, stolen, and treated their members poorly. I was an account holder with them for a majority of my life. I cancelled my account as of last October with them. I’d rather do business with a bank than these people. Multiple times in one month, every month, if my account dropped below $50 in checking, they would start automatically pulling $29 fees before I actually ever went negative, which would guarantee that I ended in the negative, which guess what? They charged more fees. So what should have been -$3.41 or similar will quickly end up $-100/or more. I had my car loan through them, after they way they poorly handled my account, I just payed the entire loan out. 3 months later, no title. These incompetent people didn’t think that my title to my vehicle, worth tens of thousands of dollars, was worth send to me requiring my signature, so naturally it was lost in the mail. They had the right address and information, so likely it was lost in the mail. Here’s the good part: I called them and demanded that the burden is on them to provide my title to me, as it should be. Pam Shipplett laughed at me over the phone with her cohort. They’re disgusting people with reprehensible business practices. My entire family has left that “business” and a lot of our friends have as well. And my warning to all of you would be to do the same. Ever since Cynthia Cole blew her way to the top, that place has gone downhill. They’re about the money, not the members. Open an account with Wells Fargo before you open one here, you’ll thank me for it later.
