I have been a customer here for years. I have to say I wish I wasn't. Their fraud detection is terrible. Its improved over the years but it is still terrible. In fact I could not use my card to make a purchase but my wife could. When I called the bank multiple times to resolve it the only real fix was using my wife's card. They had no idea why. Most (not all) of the staff is apathetic and do not care. If was looking for a credit union or bank I certainly would keep looking. There is nothing at this financial institution that i can honestly say I like about them. The only reason I say 2 stars is that has improved in the last few years from terrible to just simply bad.
