By far the worst Credit Union ever how have you been in business for years and you have not expanded at all and you still only have a handful of locations with ATMs that actually work but you refused to extend checking accounts to people for second-chance checking when you need the business. Once a month the only ATM within a 10 mile radius is not dispensing cash so I've been need to drive 10 miles to the next ATM which is great for me to save $3

One the fence about this place. Started my account about a month ago. Applied for a debt card and still waiting, also need a statement stating I have a account them still waiting over a month. Customer care is...questionable.

PLEASE DO NOT BANK WITH THIS PLACE. Its so many things wrong with it. Google wont let me express everything. Your account will be messed up with fees and you will not get help from the rude staff at the 3 locations. The online system is garbage also.

The ATM in Chicago Hts. is always down and you can hardly get a customer service rep on the phone. If you are lucky enough to get through to a rep they are rude . I have been a customer with this bank for about 5 years and I've only experienced good customer service a hand full of times. The only good thing is that I get paid one day ahead .
