The ideal lending team is the best! They go above and beyond. They were truly exceptional. Especially Elise, who I personally worked with. They made an extremely stressful and complex process painless and simple. As a first time home buyer, I felt lost starting this process but when I linked with ideal lending they took me under their wing and did their thing, making it stress free for me. My husband and I had the pleasure of working with Areli after receiving an excellent recommendation from friends. I am truly happy with the decision we made in going forward with her in purchasing our first home. Every time we needed to talk to her she answered right away which is by far a huge quality we loved about her. Areli went above and beyond in making sure we were able to get the loan needed in order to get my dream home and close as fast as possible. Purchasing a home can be a big stressful process but with Areli there every step of the way made it so much easier. If I could give more than 5 stars to her I definitely would!!

Aureli, She is the BEST! She takes her time to look into every possible way to make it happen for you and your family to become home owner's. She's such a pleasure to work with that I went back to refinance. She have an awesome team. She surprises you with post cards non stop and keeps you up to date. She doesn't just drop you to never be heard from again once you close and that's rare.
