I called to make an appointment to get taxes done for the last 3 years and am very upset with the service I got on the phone. I let the lady know we have all W2s except from one employer. She put me on hold and when she came back she informed me how to get the W2. I’m will aware on how to collect the W2. We are paying a lot of money to get three years of taxes done and she said they would not collect it for us. I asked her why she could not call and request them and just have them faxed or emailed over. She said no I had to do it. When you have a new client about to pay around 500 or more to get three years of taxes done and you can’t make a phone call to collect a w2 you will not get my business.
