AVOID IBMSECU!!Applied for a loan online and received a instant response that they would respond within 8hrs. After waiting 48 hours, and still no response by phone or email, I contacted them and they said they were waiting to receive my pay stubs. I told them that no one has contacted me to ask for any information or documents. They replied "you didn't receive an email" and I said "no". After immediately sending them the documents they needed I waited another 24 hours before finally receiving an email saying I was denied. They offer you little to no communication and could care less about helping you. I contacted another financial institution and they were very friendly and talked to me about my options. I was approved for my loan within 15 minutes. Don't waste your time with IBMSECU. I can see why they have bad reviews on here.
