Best ATM in the Philippines. Usually local Philippines banks limit withdrawal to 10,000 peso and rarely 20,000 peso if you're lucky to find one for foreign ATM withdrawal. The HSBC is great because you can always withdrawal 20,000 peso at a time and if needed up to 40,000 peso as of now. So far you can only find HSBC ATM in Manila, Cebu, and Davao. The location of HSBC ATM is great, right next to one of the best malls in the Philippines, Ayala Mall.
