Horizon Home Loans was incredible to work with. From Forrest to Melissa to Denise they helped our dream come true on our house with difficult circumstances surrounding it. They were constantly in touch with us every step of the way. And when the chips were down they fought for us, and were great friends to us. My wife and I thank them so much! If you are in need of special care in your circumstances with your home loan. They are the ones to trust.

I can't even begin to show my gratitude for Forrest Ferris with Horizon Home Loans. This is a lender that cares about you and wants to see your dreams come true. We have been working with Forrest for a while. It took us a while to get our home sold but, Forrest was there for us every step of the way of buying our new DREAM home. He was quick to answer any of our questions. I can honestly tell you he goes above and beyond what any bank out there will ever do for you. I wish I could truly express all of my gratitude. This is where I have/will be telling everyone I know that is the market to buy a home to see about getting a loan.. Forrest is in the business of making your dreams come true.

I don't know where to start from , my journey at Horizon Home Loans started in 04/2014 and ended in 11/2014. First time buyer with limited credit that no one could help from the big banks to get a loan on a house I started with this company by a house that was my choice and believed it was a great deal since it was a sheriff sale was dealing with Forrest in the begging since day 1 in the auction he was on the phone with me telling me what is the right actions to take so it can be easy on me for the loan , then didn't have any luck with this house unfortunately , they were patient enough at Horizon Home Loans even that they had processed all the paper work on the first property to wait till I found the right purchase, and that is and gladly saying that when Robin Whitmore has showed up in the picture it was around the middle of July when we started the process on the house and I would put two fat redlines under Robin's name for the passion , knowledge , love of her job and what she does best by communicating would stay over the phone for hours to get you where you need to be at she doesn't know the meaning of the word impossible or we won't be able to help as I heard from previous companies and banks .If I keep going with the story I need few hours typing long story short after a rough long journey to be able to live in a beautiful house now I wouldn't ever be able to do It without the help of these people I definitely recommend it to every and each person trying to take this step and I have been in my house happily for 2.5 months now . Thank you Robin & Forrest and for every one else at this company that has spent the effort and help.

My husband has had the pleasure of working with Forrest and Robin before, HOWEVER, this was my first experience with them, and I have to say they were phenominal. They were always there and ready to help with ALL of the question we had. Not only do they both enjoy what they do, but they are GREAT at it- and it shows. Hopefully we have purchased the home we will grow old in, but if not, we will absolutely come back to these folks. I have also been reccomending them to everyone I know who is looking to purchase a new home. A HUGE THANK YOU to both FORREST AND ROBIN for getting us into our new home...The Rice Family!!!

I just closed on a refinance of my home last week, and my experience with Horizon Home Loans was nothing but positive. My wife and I were a bit hesitant to even consider refinancing since we both have seriously blemished credit, but we were referred to Forrest and told he was the guy who could make it happen. From our first meeting with Forrest, he made us feel welcome and kept reassuring us that despite our credit history, he would work to find us a lender. Once the loan process began, Forrest and Robin, the underwriter, communicated with us often to get answers to questions, forward us additional forms that needed completed, etc. and to just keep us up-to-date on how things were progressing along. Communication was primarily through email and the promptness to get answers whether by email or by phone, was top notch. I can honestly say that, at one point, I was concerned that we weren't going to close, but, despite jumping through many hoops for us, Forrest and Robin made it happen. The closing was a breeze, roughly 10 minutes or so, thanks to the organization of the title company. We walked away with a much lower interest rate, an opportunity to clean up our credit report by paying off old debt, cash in hand for home improvements and to pay off credit cards, and a lower monthly mortgage payment. Horizon Home Loans took care of everything they promised from the start, and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a home or refinance!

Not giving 5 stars, but our expierence was very desirable. Me and my now wife were lust out of college with new jobs and looking for a new home. When we found the home we wanted, Forrest and Robin both did whatever they could to get us the loan for the home. The process was very stressful sometimes, but forrest and robin both kept us on track. Ultimetly we would consider them for our future home finicing options.
