Been banking with this bank for over 20 + years, due to work schedule i am unable to get into the bank with the hours they have...i think its ghastly that i had to pay a fee to transfer money from one account to another account within the same bank ! So i paid money for MY. Money!? Ridiculous!

The coin machine didn't give me a receipt after I poured an envelope of coins into it. The manager said that I needed until wait until it was emptied. After more than a wk, the manager saide the receipts showed no extra money. Unbelievable
