I bought the th420v battery. Used it once only. I didn’t use it for 3 weeks due to smartcart don’t fit in it. Now that I use it again there’s a short on the battery. I take it to the store. The store doesn’t wanna help out. (Matt). The battery is only 3 weeks only by the way. You guys could at least offered a pen for an exchange of this one. You guys lost a loyal customer. Won’t be coming here again !!!! I have a smoke shop literally 3 mins away from my house & I drive 15 mins to go to you guys. But thanks for nothing
