The manager Jeff is a nightmare, extremely unpleasant. I've never met someone as patronizing and smug as this man. Out of numerous and numerous visits pretty well all of them were dissapointing, the final tipping point for me though was when I negotiated a very fair price on a piece of jewellery (that has been sitting in that store for years, about as long as I can remember). I told the sales rep that I would be back the next day to pick it up, when I arrived the next day she was not working so unfortunately I had to deal with the twisted manager. I explained that I was in the other day and that a price was agreed upon, he claimed that because the price of gold was on the rise (if you have half a brain you can understand the stock market especially gold can rise and drop every second, and in this case gold was up less than a dollar a gram from the previous day; keep in mind this little con artist likes to use that line a lot) his conclusion was that it was now worth $400 more. Oh! And they could care less about consistent customers, I've spent about $8000 at this store and I still can't even be taken seriously. I truely think their initiative is not to make sales but to mock, and condescend their customers. I've tried consistently to support them as they are a local business and we don't have much in this little city but I give up and wouldn't recommend this store to anyone just because of Jeff, they have other staff that are occasionally rude as well but much easier to deal with than him. On top of that some (not all) of the staff are extremely ignorant to what they're even doing. To add on top of all the dissapointment if you try to sell them something they will give you such a low ball offer that's it's almost insulting. I could go on for a while I don't think there's anything good to say about this store, they sell some items for close to retail. If you don't like getting scammed out of your valuables I suggest Kijiji.

All their games have been resurfaced, so you don't have to pay a $3 fee like all the other hock shops in town to get them fixed. Tons of good prices, some xbox 360 games are 1$! Huge variety of games for various amounts of consoles. (Including retro systems) Can't wait to stop by again.

Staff is always rude. Agreed to pay a price on Xbox over the phone then show up with said Xbox and staff agrees with said price but won't buy it and says they will just throw it in the trash
