This company is TRASH and predatory lending at its best! The worst decision I’ve made while desperately search for a new car was sign a contract with them and b&b automotive! I don’t care how desperate you are please go elsewhere... their customer service is terrible... they tell you fraudulent information and pretend they never said it. They turned my car off one day because I gave them a bad review on Facebook! 😂 too funny. They got their piece of trash back and since then I’ve been able to purchase the vehicle I wanted in the first place with a much better monthly payment and interest rate. Don’t do it with this establishment... you’ll regret it fully! I also know someone who use to work there and a lot of the good reviews you see on here aren’t even genuine. It’s employees. Just terrible.
