They are horrible I wouldn't recommend them I just purchased my vehicle in July never late with a payment in August I had surgery still managed to make my payments up until Sept 28 when I had to be put on bed rest due to complications of my surgery call to talk to my account manager asking her if I could get an extension for atleast 2 weeks wasnt asking for anything crazy and was told I dont qualify for hardship so what qualifies for a hardship mind you they give no extension at all want to come out that day you are late ot miss a payment to recover your vehicle..I wish i wouldve known then what i know now i would've never went to this company
